To ensure secure transmission, the web form automatically blocks files that could be dangerous or corrupted or that are too large. Note that the size of any file must not exceed 15 MB. The combined size of all attached documents must not exceed 90 MB.
Only files ending in the following extensions are authorized: .avi .bmp .cda .doc .docx .docm .dot .gif .htm .html .jpeg .jpg .mht .mp3 .mp4 .mpeg .mpg .msg .pdf .png .pps .ppsx .ppt .pptm .pptx .rtf .tif .tiff .txt .wav .wma .wmv .wpl .wps .xls .xlsm .xlsx and .xps.

No. The Protecteur du citoyen cannot accept complaints about schools, whether they be public or private. Instead, you must contact the regional student ombudsman in your territory. The student ombudsman is responsible for handling complaints concerning, for example, inadequate behaviour by teaching staff or school principals or any situations involving bullying or violence.

Are you filing a complaint about reprisal as the result of a disclosure? As part of the investigation we conduct, we necessarily reveal the identity of the whistleblower to the public body or the person who allegedly carried out reprisal.

If your disclosure concerns a private daycare centre, you must contact the Ministère de la Famille.
